7. Payments and Fees
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Fees are due according to the applicable invoice or payment schedule.
The Client is responsible for providing accurate billing information.
Applicable taxes, processing fees, or other charges may apply.
Third-party costs may be billed separately where applicable.
If a payment is overdue, EzyBuilds may suspend work or access to applicable services until outstanding amounts are resolved.
For project-based services, deposits or advance payments may be required before work begins.
8. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the Service, the applicable agreement, and the stage of the project.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Fees for completed services are generally non-refundable.
Third-party fees paid on behalf of a Client may not be refundable.
Work already completed may be charged even if a project is subsequently cancelled.
Cancellation of an ongoing project may result in charges for work performed and expenses incurred up to the cancellation date.
Any specific refund or cancellation terms contained in a signed agreement, proposal, or invoice will apply to that transaction.
9. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing information, content, access credentials, approvals, and other materials reasonably required to complete a project.
The Client represents that they have the necessary rights and permissions to provide any content, images, trademarks, software, data, or other materials supplied to EzyBuilds.
Delays caused by missing information, delayed approvals, unavailable access, or other Client-related circumstances may affect project timelines.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, EzyBuilds retains ownership of its pre-existing materials, reusable code, frameworks, libraries, tools, processes, methodologies, templates, and know-how.
Upon full payment for a project, ownership or usage rights for specifically commissioned deliverables will be transferred or licensed to the Client as described in the applicable agreement.
Third-party software, plugins, themes, libraries, fonts, stock images, APIs, and other third-party materials remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.
The Client is responsible for complying with applicable third-party licenses where ownership or licensing rights are not transferred to the Client.
11. Client Content
You retain ownership of content and materials that you provide to EzyBuilds.
By providing content to us, you grant EzyBuilds the rights necessary to use, reproduce, modify, store, and process that content solely to provide the requested Service, unless otherwise agreed.
You represent that your content does not violate applicable laws or the rights of third parties.
12. Third-Party Services
Our Service may depend on or integrate with third-party services, including:
Hosting providers
Domain registrars
Payment processors
